Chorizo Scramble?

“Breakfast with Doc Searls today. Chorizo scramble, bagel, orange juice, water, and coffee.”

Um…being as I am living in the true land of chorico (different spelling to the Spanish, but pretty much the same thing- ‘cept ours is a far better chorico…) I wonder if enough of us click on
this link he’ll notice and drop me a comment as to what the heck is ‘chorizo scramble?’ We have a thousand traditional and not so traditional recipes for it – but *scramble*? The mind boggles!
