Stir Up Sunday

So today is Stir Up Sunday, the day when traditionally the family gathers around the kitchen table to start making the season’s Christmas pudding.

And who’s to knock tradition, eh?

So here’s what myself and the Rogi Family will be stirring up today, made from a recipe given to me by a friend some years ago that tastes truly great; Zobo Traditional Christmas Pudding.

Putting that lot together (we’ll be making two puddings) and mixing it all up should keep us busy for a good few hours this afternoon, if previous Christmases are anything to go by.

And it’s worth the work, oh yes.
