For Sale: One Airworthy Supermarine Spitfire

In case anyone out there is feeling particularly generous this month, there is a fully airworthy Supermarine Spitfire Mk IX for sale and, yes, I’d like to own it.

The sale will be held at the RAF Museum, Hendon in London on the 20th April, and the plane is expected to sell for one and a half to two million pounds sterling.
