Expect a little flakyness for a while.

Those of you out there picking up this site via RSS (which means most readers of this site) might have noticed all sorts of strangeness and mayhem in the RogiLife.Com RSS feed/s over these last few weeks.

This was, and still is as I type, being caused by a right royal screw-up by Google, who have taken over the previously flawless Feedburner service.

Hopefully, Google will fix their many and varied technical RSS problems sooner rather than later, but the strangeness in the feeds is likely to continue for a while yet.

Google? Do no evil? Sure…

By absolute luck and amazing coincidence, just after I wrote my last post I stumbled across the oldest weblog database that I have.

We can now, finally, go all the way back to Monday, August 27th 2001 and my first ever weblog post, imaginatively titled ‘Test One’.

This weblog is at long last all complete and in one place.

All three thousand seven hundred and fifty three posts of it.

Somewhat miraculously, I have just managed to pull in yet another one thousand, give or take a few, entries from yet another old weblog database.

Even more miraculously, I have also just managed to import them into this site and hook ‘em up seamlessly with this weblog (which is, after all, only a continuation of the previous blogs anyway) without too much drama.

So now we can stretch back to October 7th, 2003.

Neat.

Now there are ‘only’ another two years worth of posts, going back to the very beginnings of this blog in August 2001, to find and import and this joint will finally be completely back together.
